Overview | Our Community
Since the middle of the 20th century, the modern suburb lead to the demise of the small town, as well as the in-town neighborhood, and with it, the social interaction, the livability, and the beauty of the traditional village.

A revival of walkable, sustainable, and distinctive communities began quietly in the 1980's.

Since then, urban planners, designers, architects, and artists have collaborated to create hundreds of new towns and neighborhoods.

Northridge seeks to provide excellent space planning and elegant, sometimes playful facades to houses designed especially for well-designed neighborhoods.
